The sign ordinance is currently being updated and we are transitioning from a deposit system to a fee system for Banner Permits. In the interim, we are not requiring either a deposit or fee.

Conditions

Banner permits are issued under the following conditions:

• 1 banner permit at a time
• 4 permits per year
• permits are good for 2 weeks
• 32 sq. ft. maximum
• does not include bow/feather/flutter banners - these are not permitted
• all corners secured
• 6' clearance if above a walk
• may not be on public right-of-way
