The sign ordinance is currently being updated and we are transitioning from a deposit system to a fee system for Banner Permits. In the interim, we are not requiring either a deposit or fee.
Conditions
Banner permits are issued under the following conditions:
1 banner permit at a time
4 permits per year
permits are good for 2 weeks
32 sq. ft. maximum
does not include bow/feather/flutter banners - these are not permitted
all corners secured
6' clearance if above a walk
may not be on public right-of-way
