The City of Madison initially set Neighborhood Trick-or-Treating for Saturday, Oct. 30. This was published in the Newsletter. Mayor & Council rescinded this decision and have removed the City from "scheduling" this activity from this point forward. Folks may trick-or-treat any day they want (presumably Sunday).
