The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: an inspection of the historic front window sashes to determine the feasibility of their reuse with occur. If it is determined that the sashes are viable, they must be reinstalled on the front wall of the house. If it is determined that the sashes are not viable, the replacement windows must have a three-over-one pattern either using simulated divided lights or true divided lights.

The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the chimney will be brick; 2) foundation of the addition will be in the same plane as the wall above (no rowlock ledge); 3) the hip roof of the car port will be offset from the hip roof of the house; 3) the wrought iron post of the front porch will remain in place, the wrought iron railing of the front porch may be replaced in-kind (wrought iron, same design).
