Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the depth of the open shed addition will be no more than half the width of the garage (11 ft.); 2) the shed addition will be set back from the front 1 to 2 feet; 3) the trim will be simple; 4) the posts will be smaller than those of the front porch; 5) the roof will be black metal.
