Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Documents - HPC 01-10-2023 Fourth Street M10 011 COA application

Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) there will be no cupola on the garage; 2) there will be no barn doors on the left elevation at the basement entrance; 3) there may be an awning over the basement entrance similar in design to the awning on the hyphen; 4) the front foundation will not exceed 24”; 5) the foundation on the right side will be a stuccoed pier foundation; 6) if a front railing is required by code it, the design may be staff approved; 7) exterior lighting will be staff approved.
