Council Meetings

 

Regular Meetings

The City Council meets on the second and the fourth Mondays of each month.  Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. and are held at the Madison Municipal Complex, 1501 Fairgrounds Road, Madison, Georgia (unless otherwise scheduled).

Called Meetings

The Mayor may convene the city council whenever in his opinion the public business requires it and may do so by calling three (3) members of the city council.  The City Clerk is responsible for providing requisite public notice.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE: 
All meetings of the City of Madison and its appointed boards are open to the public.  Any interested party should make plans to attend.
