Preservation Tax Incentives
Preservation Pays
Surely, everyone knows Madison has wonderful historic architecture.  However, there are also three tax incentives programs - two state and one federal - available only for properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places.  These programs are specifically designed to encourage and reward private investment and substantial rehabilitation of historic resources.
