Brief Description -
Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the roofing will be composite shingle; 2) the siding will have a 5 1/4” exposure; 3) the main foundation will be 18”-24” high, a turned-down slab, and faced with stucco; 4) the porch foundation will have articulated piers and may be brick; 5) the windows will be wood or paintable PVC and SDLs; 6) building dimensions are 10’ first floor wall height, 9’ second floor wall height, 31’- 32’ height at ridgeline, and 48’ front width; 7) the brick chimney is optional.
