Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Documents - HPC 08-20-2019 622 Foster Street COA application v2 with call out dimensions updated 8-20-19

Brief Description - Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) the garage will: a. be 24’x 22’ and 21’ tall, b. have architectural shingles, c. have an open rake rather then “pork chops’ at the termination of the eaves, and d. will not have false strap hinges; 2) the porch will: a. have boxed columns, and b. will have a consistent 8’ depth; 3) the foundation will: a. have a height of 18”- 24” and may taper to the rear, and b. will use thin brick or stucco; 4) the siding exposure will be no more than 6”; 5) the windows may be one-over-one or two-over-two; and 6) the metal roof color will be staff approved.
