Brief Description -
Approved. The following conditions, clarifications, or changes to the submitted application were noted in the approval: 1) siding on the house may be replaced with smooth fiber cement or wood lap board with a 4.5”-5.5” exposure; 2) the corner boards will be 5”-6”; 3) the windows may be replaced with wood or painted PVC, double-hung sash (either 1/,4/4, or 6/6), SDLs; 4) the window casings will be 3.5”-5.5” with a sill (not picture framed); 5) the underpinning of the front porch foundation will be recessed behind the face of the piers; 6) the steps will be removed from the left end of the front porch and enclosed by the railing; 7) the eaves of the addition will match the existing house.
