Captain Colin Campbell
Number 526, Operations Commander
Captain Campbell has been employed with the Madison Police Department since 2001. He graduated from the Northeast Georgia Police Academy in 1996 and started his law enforcement career with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office that year. Captain Campbell holds his Intermediate, Advanced and Supervisory certifications through Georgia P.O.S.T. Council. He is also a graduate of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Leadership in Police Organizations curriculum. Captain Campbell was promoted to his current rank in July 2016.
Sergeant Phillip Malcom

Sergeant Malcom began his law enforcement career in 1989 as a Deputy Sheriff with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office. He joined the Madison Police Department in 1995 as a Patrolman. In 1997, Sergeant Malcom assumed duties as a Patrol Supervisor when he was promoted to the rank of Corporal. In 2005, Sergeant Malcom completed the required training to become a Field Training Officer. Sergeant Malcom has trained many officers and continues to assist in the training of new officers today. In 2012, he was assigned the additional duties of code enforcement, and was promoted to his current rank in April 2014.
Sergeant Jeremy Hoffman

Sergeant Hoffman began his law enforcement career in 1996, employed as a Correctional Officer at Waupun State Prison in Wisconsin. After approximately one year, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. During his eight year enlistment, Sergeant Hoffman specialized in Environmental/Wildlife Law, Traffic Management and Accident Investigations and Administrative Supervision, achieving the rank of Sergeant prior to his Honorable Discharge. In 2006, Sergeant Hoffman joined the Madison Police Department and was promoted to his current rank and position in August 2015.
Corporal Chuck Elder
Number 534, Patrol Supervisor
Corporal Elder began his law enforcement career in 1999 as a Patrolman with the Madison Police Department. In 2001, Corporal Elder was assigned to the bike patrol division. He remained at that post for approximately two years. Bike patrol areas included downtown and neighborhoods and provides more personal contact with the public. In January 2006, Corporal Elder was promoted to his current rank and is assigned as a Patrol Supervisor.
Corporal Stacey Eaton

Corporal Eaton began his law enforcement career in January 2009 as a Patrolman with the Madison Police Department. In 2014, Corporal Eaton was promoted to his current rank.
Corporal Andy Koth

Corporal Koth has been with the Madison Police Department since January 2010. Corporal Koth has worked in every aspect of law enforcement and has over 12 years of experience. Corporal Koth is currently assigned to the Patrol Division as a Patrol Supervisor.
Officer Andre Johnson

Officer Andre Johnson is a twenty-year veteran of the United States Navy. He earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Grantham University. He graduated from DeKalb Technical College Police Academy in the month of December 2010. In January of 2011, Officer Johnson began his law enforcement career at Milledgeville Police Department in Milledgeville, Georgia as a patrol officer. He also served as a patrol officer with Conyers Police Department in Conyers, Georgia. Officer Johnson is currently serving and protecting the citizens of Madison, Georgia since May 2016.
Officer Justin Davis

Officer Davis began his Public Safety career in 2010 as a Morgan County 911 Communications Officer. In 2012, Davis sent himself through the Northeast Georgia Police Academy and began his Law Enforcement Career with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office as a road patrol Deputy. Officer Davis began his career with the Madison Police Department in October 2016.
Officer Travis Stubbs

Officer Stubbs began his career in law enforcement at Newton County Sheriff's Office in 2013 as a Detention Officer. After serving two years in the detention center, Officer Stubbs was sent to the Athens Police Academy where he attained his peace officer certification. Officer Stubbs then served as a patrol deputy for Newton county before joining the Madison Police Department in October 2016.

Detective Wes Thompson

Detective-Sergeant Wes Thompson, a lifelong resident of Morgan County, graduated from Morgan County High School in 1990. Sergeant Thompson began his law enforcement career with the Madison Police Department in 1998 as a Patrol Officer before being promoted to Corporal 2001. In December 2009, Sergeant Thompson was promoted to Detective with the rank of Sergeant. He has completed a vast amount of training classes in the field of Criminal Investigations to include Homicide Investigations, Interviews & Interrogations, Drug Enforcement Training, Crime Scene Technician, Child Death & Injury Investigations, Sexual Assault Investigations, Certified Marijuana Examiner and has also completed the International Association of Chiefs of Police training program, "Leadership in Police Organizations".
Detective Scott Pitocchelli

Detective-Sergeant Scott Pitocchelli began his law enforcement career in 1990 as a Certified Detention Deputy with the Broward County Sheriff's Office (FL). In 1995, he attended the Police Academy and was assigned as a patrol deputy. Later, he became a Detective in the General Investigations Unit and also served with the Tech Support Unit for the Strategic Intelligence Division. Detective-Sergeant Pitocchelli moved to Georgia in September 2004 and began working for the Putnam County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) as a Detective. While at PCSO, Detective-Sergeant Pitocchelli assisted in developing the Narcotics Unit. He achieved the rank of Sergeant and was also assigned the task of Fleet Manager for the Sheriff's Office. Detective-Sergeant Pitocchelli worked Marine Patrol on Lakes Oconee and Sinclair. In August 2013, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and was a Patrol Commander until he began his employment with the Madison Police Department in March 2014.
Municipal Court Clerk
Bib Ghioto is assigned as the Clerk of Courts for Madison Municipal Court. Bib has held this position for the past three years. Prior to moving to Madison, she was employed with the Broward County (Fl) Sheriff's Office as a Community Service Aide in Dania Beach, District 2 and at Port Everglades, District 14. Bib also served in the Civil Division as a Civil Deputy. Bib was employed as a sworn officer in Broward County for 15 years.
Beth Bradley began her law enforcement career in 2006, employed as a Communication Radio Operator with the Georgia State Patrol. After approximately one year, Beth returned to the corporate field as an Officer Manager for a commercial construction company. In 2013, Beth began her employment with the Madison Police Department and is currently assigned as the Records Clerk.
