Springtime Garden & Crafts Celebration!
Madison’s blooming azaleas and dogwoods herald the coming of a new season, but the celebration of spring hits full throttle on Saturday April 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Town Park with the 22nd Annual Madison Fest – a free, family-friendly event featuring spring flowers, garden plants, handmade arts and crafts, regional food, creative crafting activities, and great live music all day long.
The Second St. Music Stage will host live music throughout the event, “We have a fantastic line-up of musicians this year and I recommend everyone take a minute to check them out online beforehand–then on April 27, take a break from shopping for unique handmade/handgrown treasures, and relax and listen to your favorite band,” said Main Street Director, Ann Huff. Take a minute to Google: Soul Committee, Pickled Holler, and The Lucky Jones from Athens, GA; Madisonians, Silver Strings Bluegrass, and; singer-songwriter Angela Easterling from Greenville SC.
One great festival–all wrapped up with tasty food, excellent live entertainment, fun stuff for kids, and first rate shopping!
